2 workshops:
- from 4pm to 5pm: Recipe for bread gnocchi and zero-waste cookies.
- from 5pm to 6pm: Recipe for homemade pesto and tasty vegetable patties.
As part of the national event "Tous au compost! "2025, which will take place from March 29 to April 13, 2025, initiated by the Réseau Compost Citoyen, a French association promoting the prevention and local management of biowaste, through composting in all its forms (vermicomposting, individual composting, collective or neighborhood composting, the Communauté de Communes du Golfe de Saint-Tropez is setting up a program of educational and practical actions around composting and food waste reduction, with the aim of promoting the sorting and recovery of bio-waste.
To mark the occasion, local authorities are being asked to take part in the event. With this in mind, the Déchets Ménagers et Assimilés department of the Pôle Environnement du Golfe de Saint-Tropez is proposing to set up two anti-wasteful cooking workshops led by Sandra MARECAUX at the Bibliothèque municipale jeunesse, a place conducive to exchanges, aimed at a family audience.
