Exhibition - Dany Lartigue: Saint-Tropez forever

In the typical setting of the Maison des Papillons, the Musée Dany Lartigue presents a new exhibition in the studio, entitled "Dany Lartigue, Saint-Tropez pour toujours" ("Dany Lartigue, Saint-Tropez forever").

Opening hours daily between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.

Whatever technique Dany experimented with, Saint-Tropez remains his preferred source of inspiration, as evidenced by the "Saint-Tropez" tapestry for which he designed the cardboard. It is on loan from the Musée National de la Tapisserie in Angers, and refers to the so-called "primitive" period of Dany Lartigue's painting. The favorite motifs of the fishermen, the baker and the remailleuses are grouped together in this large composition.
Visitors will also find the museum's exceptional collection of butterflies.
