Sunday 29 June 2025.

A lovely festival in the company of our beautiful and peaceful mill: demonstrations, folk dances, mini-farm, ponies, horse-drawn carriage rides... A great family day out!

The Saint-Roch Windmill festival is in full swing. Come and spend a morning learning about the history of the windmill and seeing how wheat was milled in days gone by. Taste some freshly baked bread, thanks to the Escolo deï Sambro, who are hosting the morning.

It's also an opportunity to find out how the wind and water mills worked, thanks to the heritage guides. The little chapel of Saint-Roch is also open on this occasion. The Escandihado and the Tambourinaires de Provence also perform folk dances.

On the programme:
- Wheat-stripping demonstration, hot bread making and tasting by the Escolo deï Sambro.
- Continuous tour of the Moulin Saint-Roch
- Mini farm and pony ride
- Aperitif
