By bike
A number of different routes lead to the village of Gassin by bike, including three that pass through the tourist office, where you can pick up the following guide: Au cœur de la Presqu’île à vélo.
Circuit 1 links the village to the Marines de Gassin, away from the main roads and offering superb panoramic views.
Please note that the Ville-vieille trail is not accessible to road bikes.
Circuit 5 offers a 6.6 km detour from Gassin (seaside) to Saint-Tropez, linking the Marines de Gassin to the Bouillabaisse beach at the entrance to Saint-Tropez.
Route 6 offers a detour from Gassin (plain) to La Croix-Valmer, linking the lycée in Gassin to the outskirts of La Foux in La Croix-Valmer.
Other loops are also accessible by mountain bike, and on circuit 4, for example, link the remarkable gardens offering splendid panoramic views from the village of Gassin.
By bus
The Zou service offers regular routes to the towns on the Gulf (Cavalaire-sur-Mer, Cogolin, La Croix-Valmer, la Garde-Freinet, Grimaud, La Môle, le Plan-de-la-Tour, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime), and to the main towns in the Var. You can also connect to the TGV stations at Les Arcs/Draguignan, Hyères, Toulon and Saint-Raphaël.

The Gassin area can be reached by train via the TGV stations at Saint-Raphaël-Valescure (25 km), Les Arcs-Draguignan (26 km), Hyères (40 km) and Toulon (55 km).

By freeway :
From the A8: exit 36 Le Muy/Sainte Maxime: follow the D25 to Sainte Maxime, then the D559 (towards Saint-Tropez) to the Foux crossroads (Gassin).
From A57: exit 13 Le Cannet des Maures/ Le Luc: follow D 558 to Foux crossroads (Gassin).
By road :
From Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël: take the D8 towards Saint-Maxime, then the D559 to the Foux (Gassin) crossroads (or the D559 (seaside)).
From Bormes-les-Mimosas: follow the D41, then the D98 towards Saint-Tropez as far as the La Foux (Gassin) crossroads (or the D559 towards Cavalaire/La Croix-Valmer (seaside)).
From the A8: take exit 36 Le Muy, follow the D25 towards Sainte-Maxime, then the D559 to the crossroads at La Foux (Gassin) (or the D559 (seaside)).
Or, from the A8, branch off onto the A57 at Vidauban-Le Luc and take exit 13 Vidauban, then follow the D558 to Grimaud, then the D61 to Saint-Tropez, then the D98 to the crossroads at La Foux (Gassin).
To reach the village, follow the signs for “Gassin village/ Office de tourisme”.

Where to park in the village?
Gassin offers around 400 parking spaces in and around the old village. All parking lots are free of charge. You can park near the tourist office, where 3 spaces are available: place Léon Martel, place Charles Giordano, place Louis Collomp (71 spaces). In case of heavy traffic, the Chapelle parking lots offer 85 spaces a little further down the road. On the south side of the village, 51 spaces are available on the route des Moulins de Paillas, in front of the auditorium and the Espélidou nursery school.

Access for people with reduced mobility
Outside the office, there is an access ramp for people with reduced mobility from a nearby disabled parking space.
Inside, the entrance door is wheelchair-accessible, and a doorbell is installed at the bottom left of the main entrance. If necessary, a member of staff can intervene to help the disabled person. A pictogram on the reception desk indicates the assistance the agent can provide to disabled visitors.
