On our 6 hectare agricultural property "Sous Les Pins", you will be accommodated in one of our gîtes with access to our 12 x 5 metre pool, with an unobstructed view of the hillside and vineyards, yet only 1 km from the town centre.
Our gîte, a 140 m², 5-room air-conditioned villa for 6 people comprises:
*an air-conditioned living room with 2 sofas, large Smart TV with a dining area with mezzanine desk.
*of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed with bathroom and WC, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds
* bathroom with 90x250 cm Italian shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, large washbasin and storage units, separate WC
* fully-equipped kitchen with crockery, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, electric griddle, table and chairs.
* Laundry room (washing machine)
* Private garden and terrace.
LPO refuge, where you can admire the many birds that inhabit our countryside.
Parking spaces are available for your motorbike, boat, jet ski trailers, etc.
Electric vehicle charging point (extra charge). Bicycle reception.
Bed linen and towels are available on request at an additional cost.

Obligatory departure cleaning at an additional cost of €110.
Sweet breakfast in the form of a basket, on request, at €13 per person.
Concierge service
A la carte concierge service is available on request, at an additional cost, to book your activities, accompany you on guided tours, discover the local heritage, take a boat trip, enjoy a massage, have breakfast or a tray meal...
Rates
Week: 1,000 to 2,200 €.
Minimum stay in low season: 3 nights
Minimum stay in July and August: 7 nights.
