A highlight of Ramatuelle's built heritage, the windmill was rebuilt to its original condition in 2002, and is now open to visitors.

Visit the Moulin de Paillas: the association "Les Amis des Moulins de Ramatuelle" offers a free continuous tour, with detailed explanations of its history and operation.

Sunday, May 18: Visit from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm / Winding and winding up (if windy) / musical accompaniment (galoubet, tambourine, barrel organ and songs) and pétanque available
