A highlight of Ramatuelle's built heritage, the windmill was rebuilt to its original condition in 2002, and is now open to visitors.
Visit the Moulin de Paillas: The association "Les Amis des Moulins de Ramatuelle" offers a free, non-stop tour of the mill, with detailed explanations of its history and operation.
Meet at the Paillas mill site:
- Saturday Visit from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 6pm
- Sunday Visit from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm / Winding up and winding down (depending on the wind) / with Provencal musicians and pétanque available
Visit the Faubourg oil mill, rue du clocher (in the village):
- Saturday Visit from 3 pm to 6 pm
- Sunday Visit from 10:30am to 12:30pm and from 3pm to 5pm
