Discover the colorful and musical world of Marc Chagall, where the artworks become real visual scores between sounds and emotions.

THE COLORS OF ART: CHAGALL, NOTES AND COLORS.

During this slide-lecture led by Jean Baptiste Pisano, research professor, let yourself be carried away into the artistic world of Marc Chagall.
The life of this painter, with his colorful lyricism, never stops blending with the celebration of artistic creation. His world, bathed in music, reveals a perceptible harmony where color becomes music and music turns into image.

Throughout his works, from paintings to opera sets, and including stage costumes and ballets, sounds, shapes, and colors respond to each other. A true colorful score painted with the artist's emotions...

The eye continues with the ear, or vice versa… Sound aligns with color. And finally, from painting to painting, experimenting in this way with the merging of sounds and forms, the works become true 'visual scores'.
