From 2018, the wines of the Bourrian Domain are produced under the Organic Agriculture label. This district has been exploited in vines for several centuries completely replanted, that the premises, refurbished while keeping the spirit of the area.
This exploitation has its origins in the history of viticulture in Gassin, in a district occupied for several centuries. It is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, in the plain north of the medieval village of Gassin, close to the International Polo and the nurseryman Derbez, near the Maison des confitures and two other large estates: Bertaud-Belieu and Minuty.
The domain is the subject of important works with the objective of full production in 2021, on the 24 hectares of vines of the domain and a first use in 2018.
The tanks and production spaces, over 150 years old, have been completely recreated.
The estate will continue to produce PDO Côtes de Provence and PGI wines, all under the label of organic farming.
The estate ultimately wants to produce 90% white and rosé wine for 10% red wine.
