Domaine du Deffends is a small, 14-hectare family estate run by a team of enthusiasts, where we strive to bring out the best in the soil and climate through a rigorous policy of quality.
In summer, we organize Nuits Roses every Friday evening, with live music and light refreshments on site. On Thursday evenings, there are a few dinners under the stars and concerts/tastings. Follow us on instagram and facebook.
The estate's work offers wine lovers the security of a product that goes straight from the cellar to the table, protected from manipulation and alteration.
Domaine du Deffends is located in the foothills of the Monts Aurélien, along the Roman road of the same name.

The estate is 3 km from the "circuit 2 -Les châteaux de l'ouest Haut Var" and "circuit 3 -La Sainte-Baume" cyclosportifs itineraries, with other unmarked leisure loops nearby. The estate is part of an "oenotouristic" circuit offered by the Roue Libre rental company in Saint-Maximin. Access by electric bike recommended (steep path, potholes). The estate offers parking with 3 bicycle racks, picnic tables, a repair kit, sockets for recharging batteries and free wifi.
