Château des Selves is the fruit of generations of winegrowing by the CHRISTINE family. Its exposure and the geology of its terroirs give it its AOP Côtes de Provence label for Seillans, St Paul-en-Forêt and Callas, and its IGP Vin de Pays du Var label for Fayence.
The reds, made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, evolve on slopes that are often very stony. Our 100% Rolle white is steeped in character. The rosés, from sandier, sunnier terroirs, bring their finesse thanks to Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault and Syrah. Around 1,000 olive trees, come and discover our fruity green oils. Six monovarietals are waiting to be tasted: Araban, Picholine, Amygdalolia, Bouteillan, Cailletier, Cayet Roux.
