Les Inattendues des Grimaldines - Irish night  to Grimaud (Var, France)

A surprising moment in a startling place...
This is the principle of our "Les Inattendues" evenings...

The festive Ireland of Dublin pubs in the middle of the Grimaud heliport with the Comrades Irish Band!

An exhilarating whirlwind of Irish & Folk music, bringing together the greatest traditional Irish pub songs (The Pogues, The Dubliners, The Chieftains, The High Kings, The Waterboys...) and sea shanties, jigs and reels, as well as great rock classics with an Irish twist (ACDC, Springsteen, Iron Maiden...)!

Their energy on stage is contagious, and the atmosphere is crazy with this group finishing their concerts in the middle of the audience... With over 300 concerts to their name, they've become a must-see for those who want to experience the Ireland of pubs without leaving France.

We warn you: it's going to feel good and you're going to come out exhausted, but with a smile on your face...

From 9.30pm, DJ CK takes to the decks for a 2nd part of the evening of ‘Irish Dance’ amidst the helicopters!

Large free car park directly opposite the heliport (former temporary waste collection point).

And as with every Inattendues event, your taste buds won't be disappointed!

We promise, no drisheen! You can enjoy fish & chips, gourmet burgers or even a dish made with salmon marinated in Guinness for savoury options. And for something sweet, treat yourself to some delicious crumbles and cookies!
