✨ In Grimaud, the magic of Christmas begins with the Festival of Light!

Every year, this enchanting evening marks the start of the Christmas celebrations and transforms the village into a veritable sea of lights. For its 19th edition, Grimaud invites you to share a unique experience, filled with wonder, conviviality and togetherness.

From 5.30 pm, let yourself be swept away by the music and the festive spirit! On Place Vieille, the band Univer’Soul will be performing a vibrant and moving concert. To accompany this musical moment, the Instant Grimaudois association will be offering hot chocolate or mulled wine. A wonderful opportunity to get together, savour the moment and gently immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit.

At 6.30 pm, it’s time for the magic of the lights parade! With lanterns and torches in hand, young and old alike are invited to stroll through the village’s narrow streets to Place Neuve. As this luminous procession winds its way through the village, the excitement builds until the long-awaited moment: on the forecourt of the town hall, the Mayor will switch on the Christmas lights. The village will then be decked out in its finest lights, offering an enchanting show.

To round off the evening in style, keep your eyes peeled and let yourself be enchanted! The show “The Four Seasons of Little Flowers” will whisk you away to a poetic and magical world, where giant puppets and aerial dance come together to bring a marvellous ballet to life. A moment suspended in time, full of tenderness and emotion, that will make the eyes of young and old alike light up.
