A captivating show where magic and theater challenge our certainties and our perception of reality.

Yann Frisch returns to Le Carré with a new creation that sits at the intersection of theater and magic. Embracing the realm of the fantastic, he sweeps us into his vortex and—through the story of a couple—examines our relationship with reality and the invisible. It is a unique experience that challenges the boundaries and limits of our own perceptions.

From theater and cinema to *magie nouvelle* (contemporary magic), Yann Frisch holds a distinctive place in the performing arts world. With his company, L’Absente, he designed a traveling truck-tent—a sort of cocoon—to house his productions. After a stop at Le Carré that delighted (and astonished) audiences with *Le Paradoxe de Georges*, Yann Frisch returns to the stage with a new play bringing together two people who love each other—quite simply—yet seem worlds apart.

Clémence, a psychoanalyst, is played by Anne Rotger—known for her film roles in Justine Triet’s *Anatomy of a Fall*, Sandrine Kiberlain’s *A Radiant Girl*, and Noémie Lvovsky’s *The Great Magic*. André, a philosophy professor, is portrayed by Jérôme Kircher, an actor with a rich background in theater (Wajdi Mouawad, Guy Cassiers, Amos Gitaï), cinema (Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Laetitia Masson, Eric Lartigau), and television (Josée Dayan). The couple’s story is upended when Clémence begins experiencing visions and hallucinations. Is it a mystical delusion? A supra-sensory experience? Driven by powerful magical effects, this is a compelling work that blurs the line between the visible and the invisible, challenging our sensory certainties.
