You'll be able to discover and practice new well-being activities that will help you recharge your batteries, find serenity, calm, positive energy... find yourself.

For people staying outside Prairies de la Mer :

- Access only to afternoon activities
- Massage around the pool (but swimming is not permitted)
- Admission costs €20 / person
- Points of sale will be at Reception and the Conciergerie.
